What are we looking for:

We’re on the lookout for an Algorithmic Trader with robust Python coding skills and a keen interest in HFT, liquidity provision, and crypto trading. At HyroTrader, you’ll manage your trading “desk” from day one. You’ll have the chance to create your own products—trading algorithms, strategies. This role offers immediate independence, responsibility, and a remarkable learning curve.

Main Activities:

Following a brief training period, your focus will involve enhancing existing strategies, introducing new trading products, and refining our trading system’s technology. You’ll analyze vast sets of trade data, extract insights, prioritize them, and build solutions based on your discoveries. Expect to contribute directly to P&L and explore fresh ideas and strategies.

Hard Skills Requirements:

• Proficient in Python with 1-3 years of experience in coding (work, study, or personal projects).
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical abilities.
• While prior trading knowledge isn’t mandatory, a strong interest and eagerness to learn about algorithmic, high-frequency, quantitative, and liquidity provision trading is crucial.
• A keen interest and curiosity in blockchain, crypto, and DeFi trends.

• Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility beyond the traditional 9-to-5, ready to work in a high-growth startup in the 24/7 crypto world.
• Enjoys working in a team environment; willing to work at least 75% from our Prague office, not fully remote.
